Today, as I was getting out of the shower and preparing to cut my fringe, there was a knock at my door. Before I had the chance to get dressed or anything (which I continued not to do for about twenty minutes longer), Heather, her mother and her youngest brother were in my house, gleefully enjoying my kittens.
I made them coffee and then set about trimming my hair. I then set it in rags as outlined in this tutorial with Heather's help, and now I'm sitting here, with it tied up in a bandana for the day. I'm just doing a practice run until I actually need to, so I can do it properly when the time comes.

Get ready for it...
Equal rights rally, yay!
21st of may, 1pm at Town Hall in Sydney, to any syndey friends. I'll be there with whatever ragtag group I can pull together, and there will be much rejoicing. Come along and protest the country's stupid laws against same-sex couples. I mean, our atheist, de facto, living in sin Prime Minister claims that she supports traditional marriage, which she then says is based on the Bible. WTF, Julia? Let's set things right.
Hope to see you there. I'll be in a corset! :3
