I'm having a hankering to work on a new song. Because of my sick I haven't been practising my vocals lately, so I need a good bit of vocal gymnastics to get me back into line. Here's my selection, but please suggest.
This one will be very hard but worth it, it's an excellent piece.
To be honest, ANY voltaire song will be good, but I thought this one would be a good place to start? :P
the Portal games have to be some of my favourite games in term of story, humour, and music. O Cara Mia is a beautiful song, and this has to be my favourite rendition of it.
"Johanna (reprise)" is a beautiful song, and I adore it so very much.
And just for fun, here'sa song I'm really into at the moment. The Guiness Book of Records notes this as the highest vocal note in classical music.
Whichever I do will be eventually recorded and posted up here for the world to be confused about.
So please do choose or suggest. I need halp!

Don't sing that Voltaire song. Sing one that has more of a melodic contour. Vampire Club has many repeated notes, and is 'half sung' (I cannot remember the musical word, but you know what I mean. Notated with x noted heads)
=D
P.S 'pommat'
I vote Voltaire. ^.^
Lilly and Eva - Shaun wants me to do Vampire Club because he loves that song. I was thinking more Ex Lover's Lover because it has a far more me-ish sound to it.
Or.
You could do all of them! *...*
That's a lovely song too. :)
+1 vote for voltaire
Ktty! I didn't know you sang!
We should sing something together when you're in Belgium :3
I agree with you, Kitty. I think something like Ex- Lover's Lover would be more suitable, but if you can pull off VampireClub, then by all means. That would be awesome! =)
Eeeeva - Do ALL of the Voltaire?
Stairs - .....+1UP!
Xnthy - I'm a classial singer! I am so interested in doing a project with someone overseas, over the internet. It'd be cool.
Jenjen - Ex-Lover's Lover is also one of Growlithe's favourites. Vampire Club is just a gun warm-up.
I wish I was a coloratura soprano sometimes. Then I go, wait, no I don't, because the ability to sing over the full orchestra is far cooler.
Well yes ALL of it, you know, eventually. :P
"Cara mia" is the second nices, first is Voltaire, but I am not sure, how it would sound when sung in a girly voice.
However, I am curious.
Without even listening to the others Johanna because Sweeney Todd is just awesome! <3
